I’m so happy to share a quick overview of how registration and payments work.

Payment Schedule

• $700 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space

• Second payment due April 17, 2026

• Final payment due July 17, 2026
  
  (The remaining balance after the deposit is split between the second and final payments.)

  Double Occupancy Deluxe Room with A/C – $2,385 total
  • $700 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space
  • $845 due April 17, 2026

  Cancellation Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• Payments beyond the deposit are refundable only if your space is filled.

• No refunds within 60 days of the retreat start date.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
